Terms of use

These terms explain the permanent software license for SignalNest and the rules for using the service.

Last updated: July 29, 2026

1. The product

SignalNest is bona fide software delivered online. It provides the features described on the product and pricing pages. The purchase does not include consulting, custom implementation, physical goods, third-party content, or a right to resell the software.

2. One-time software license

Each purchase is a single, non-recurring payment for a permanent license to the selected edition. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. The license is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and for the purchaser’s own internal business use.

3. Delivery and activation

After Paddle confirms a completed payment, access instructions are sent to the email supplied at checkout. The purchaser must activate access using that email. Seat and workspace limits are defined by the purchased edition.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully; interfere with its operation; attempt unauthorized access; upload malware; process data you do not have permission to use; infringe intellectual property; share activation credentials outside your licensed team; or resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or copy the service.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you add. You confirm that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to use it. You grant us only the limited permission required to host, process, back up, and display that content to provide the software.

6. Availability and changes

We maintain the hosted product with reasonable care. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our control. If the hosted service is discontinued, we will aim to provide reasonable notice and a practical export opportunity.

7. Warranty and liability

The software is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a license is limited to the amount paid for that license.

8. Payment and refunds

Paddle acts as merchant of record and handles checkout, applicable tax, receipts, and payment support. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

9. Contact

The final support email and business identity will be displayed here before live sales begin. Until the production domain is connected, this site is a product preview and checkout is disabled.
